The cable has dropped over 100 pips, depending on entry. Remember to manage your trade by locking in profit, taking full or partial profit. I will be looking for a re-entry around the next trading sessions.

What time zone to the posting times represent? I am receiving the emails with a delay of many hours. For instance this one has a time stamp in the blog of 1:29pm and my email receipt was 6:31pm Eastern Standard. Thanks

I figured out the time zone of the blog from my prior posting, it is Pacific Time. Still a 1:29 Posting would be 4:29 Eastern so it took 2 hours for the email to arrive.
